FAIA recently learned that our grant applications for Trusted Choice to sponsor Make-A-Wish Walk for Wishes events have been approved. They will be held between October 2019 and June 2020 in six different Florida cities.
The first walk is
Saturday, October 5, at Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers, at 8:30 a.m. As part of our sponsorship, Trusted Choice will have a table where local agents can talk with other walkers about why we participate (it’s fun; we like to give back to the community; we like to help others; we need the exercise!). Also, the registration fee will be waived for the first five participants (use code:
TC19). After that, it costs $20 for adults and $10 for youths, ages 12 years and younger.

We need your help to introduce Trusted Choice to your community, and show how the insurance industry gives back. Anywhere from 1,200 to 2,000 of your neighbors and business associates participate at each of these walks/races, and they all need insurance. Please consider
joining (or contributing to) the Trusted Choice team.
If you don’t live in the Ft. Myers area, the other five walks will be in Sunrise (February 1), Tampa (February 2020), Orlando (March 2020), Miami (April 4, 2020), and Jacksonville (Spring 2020). Trusted Choice will have a sponsorship table and team at each of these walks. Look for dates to be posted in the
